Shipping

Within the United States we offer First Class and Priority Shipping. US Post Only. Your package will be shipped in a box or envelope.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an in store credit within 5 days of receipt. Custom pieces, One-of-a-kind or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please email onpointdeisignsak@gmail.com as soon as possible for shipping instructions. For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able carrier and retain your receipt. On Point Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items and reserve the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in it's original condition.

Materials & Care

Lure earrings are hand painted with acrylic paint on metal lures - although the lures are sealed, they may chip if not cared for properly. Please be careful when handling.

Stickers are made of a vinyl and are waterproof and weather resistant.

Repairs

Please note that each piece is handmade by Brittany in her studio and are delicate yet strong pieces that must be cared for and handled delicately as any other ] piece. We will gladly repair items purchased within 30 days of purchase. Please note that On Point Designs is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact us first for repair authorization at: onpointdesignsak@gmail.com
